About Us

Welcome to the England International Film Festival, formerly known as the White Deer International Film Festival. To celebrate our rebrand, along with an exciting festival event in November 2024, we will be offering cash prizes for the first time!

EIFF is a celebration of cinematic excellence, creativity, and storytelling. Founded with a passion for nurturing and showcasing the best of global filmmaking, our festival serves as a platform for filmmakers, artists, and visionaries to share their unique stories with audiences worldwide.
Our festival is more than just a showcase of films; it's an immersive experience that brings together filmmakers, industry professionals, and film enthusiasts. From thought-provoking screenings to engaging panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities, we strive to foster collaboration and empower emerging talents while honouring the achievements of established filmmakers.
With a dedicated team of passionate individuals who share a love for cinema, we work tirelessly to ensure that the England International Film Festival remains a beacon of creativity and a catalyst for cinematic excellence. We invite you to join us on this captivating journey, where storytelling knows no bounds and where the magic of film unites us all.

A diverse panel of judges are involved in our festival and include award winning industry professionals. Films that enter our festival competition have a chance to win multiple IMDB-qualifying awards and for the first time we are introducing cash prizes.

Our Goal

The England International Film Festival is built on the idea that we, the judges, are also filmmakers. In many ways, we are exactly the same as the people who send us submissions. Like you, we want to share our stories with the world and receive praise and criticism in order to grow and improve.

As 'Independent Filmmakers', we also believe it is essential to foster the potential of creatives outside the typical “hotspots” within the film industry. Our ethos is that filmmakers can, and should, have opportunities in all locations across the world.
